How long do you leave bleach in?
Never exceed the maximum time printed on the product or 50 minutes, whichever is shorter. Check the lift visually every 5–10 minutes and rinse the moment you reach your target level. Bleach can over-process and damage hair quickly.
How long do you leave toner in?
Toner usually processes 5–20 minutes and should be checked often, because it can over-deposit fast. Rinse as soon as the tone looks right rather than waiting for a fixed time.
